Construction Supervision

Description:

• Encompasses all services offered in the Consultation Services package, plus comprehensive management of the construction process from building permit issuance to occupancy permit.
• Coordinates with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and municipal approvals.
• Oversees material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with municipal inspectors to secure the occupancy permit.

Requirements Provided:

• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (residential or unrestricted for commercial).
• Approved plans (two sets, stamped by an engineer).
• Plot plan (stamped, including ADU parking).
• All required permits and approvals (Fire Department, Zoning, Planning, Conservation, Board of Health, DPW).
• Waste Disposal Forms.
• H.E.R.S. rating or equivalent energy compliance documentation.
